Please respect other guests within the resorts right to their privacy and enjoyment and keep noise to a minimum.
No loud music after 11:30pm.
Do not hang laundry over the property railings.
Please use the safe provided and lock doors to secure your privacy and safety.
Guests can enjoy the pool and beach chairs provided by Ocean Club West Resort.
Our guests may enjoy use of the fitness centre and tennis courts. We provide beach towels for your use – PLEASE return the towels to the apartment.
A small selection of toiletries are provided for your first nights.
A mid-week housekeeping service is included for stays of 5 nights or more, 2 services for stays of 14 nights.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of money received less bank charges for cancellations before 64 days of arrival.
For cancellation 45-63 days prior to arrival date, 30% of the weekly rental rate is forfeited.
For cancellation less than 45 days prior to arrival date, 100% of the weekly rental rate is forfeited.
All cancellations must be received in writing (fax or email is acceptable).
NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN FOR CANCELLATIONS FOR BOOKINGS BETWEEN DECEMBER 18 TH AND JANUARY 5 TH
Guests are strongly advised to secure adequate travel insurance.
The owner accepts no responsibility for guests property.
